ACE Teaching Standards

The Adult and Community Education (ACE) Teaching Standards support everyone involved in teaching and learning across the ACE sector.

They set out what good tutoring looks like in practice, grounded in the values of rangatiratanga, manaakitanga, and whanaungatanga, and guided by the principle of ako. They help make expectations clear for tutors and organisations, and affirm what learners have a right to experience when they learn with ACE providers, alongside their whānau and communities.
