Di Jennings After a successful career as a fashion designer, Di completed a degree in social practice, with a major in community development. Subsequently, Di worked at the grass roots on a community revitalisation programme in Ranui, Auckland.

This presentation will explore how to understand your current environment and the future demands, how to create a powerful vision and picture of success that will inspire the organisation and others to make this vision a reality. We will cover how to move forward in a changing environment and how to lead change rather than just be an adapter to change.
