LOL Laughter Wellness

Laughter is the best medicine for the soul! The concept of laughter yoga is based on a scientific fact that the human body cannot differentiate between real laughter and fake laughter if done with willingness – the benefits are the same. Which is why, even if you are faking it you can be assured that you are still doing your body a big favour. It is called laughter yoga is because it combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing.
