Refunds and returns policy
All prices listed on this site are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$).
Ace Aotearoa will appear on cardholder statements for any transactions through this website.
In line with the Consumer Guarantees Act "Ace Aotearoa" guarantees that unless our goods:
- are of acceptable quality (are fit for the purpose usually supplied, acceptable in appearance and finish, free from minor defects, safe and durable);
- are reasonably fit for any particular purpose that is made known by you;
- and correspond with any description, sample or demonstration model.
We will provide a refund in line with our Ace Aotearoa Delivery policy.

Ace Aotearoa will accept returns only if the goods are faulty or damaged and reported within 24 hours of arrival.
If the problem can be fixed "Ace Aotearoa" will aim to do so within 2 weeks. If the problem cannot be fixed we will provide a replacement or full refund as appropriate. All costs associated with returns will be covered by "Ace Aotearoa".
