Description:

Adult tutors and trainers with access to an adult education environment to practice skills. The Certificate is a stepping-stone towards the National Certificate in Adult Education and Training, providing 17 of the required 40 credits.

Pre-Requisites:

Structure:

Three unit standards -
19444 - Deliver group training sessions to adults;
7115 - Create and maintain a positive learning environment for adult learner groups; 4098 - Use standards to assess candidate performance.
19444 & 7115 can be sat together as a module, or 4098 as an independent module also.

Duration:

One three-hour evening class - 26 weeks of part-time study, some home study.
