Description:

Open to practicing pouako at W_nanga, Private Training Establishments, Universities, Colleges of Education and other tertiary providers. Each kaiako-tauira must be available for at least 200 teaching hours per year while on the programme.

Te Reo and Tikanga M_ori, Identity, Curriculum Knowledge and Skills, Life-long Learning, Achievement, Technology, The Education Sector, Research, Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Treaty of Waitangi, Practical Skills of Teaching, Adult Teaching and Learning, Theory and Practice

This programme is delivered in the popular Noho Marae format, kaiako are required to attend regular scheduled live-ins. Supporting assignments and learning materials are provided between each Noho Marae.
