Declaration of Rights of Adults in Education (1999)
The Declaration of Rights of Adults is one of the principal outcomes of the European Unions Socrates project "Bill of Rights of Participants in Adult Education". This project was coordinated by FACEPA (Federation of Cultural and Educational Associations for Adults), a Spanish organization which works in the field of culture and education for adults with the aim of overcoming social and educational inequalities by promoting participation.
