Sorted seminars - free materials, ready to use!

If you would like to include financial education in your course programme, you may like to offer the free Sorted seminar Sorted – Your guide to getting there.

It takes an hour although more time will allow for activities and discussion. Participants learn about the six key steps to getting financially sorted, how to achieve each step and where to get extra help. They leave with information to set their goals, look at their spending and develop a budget, as well as a set of Sorted’s free booklets including the matching booklet ‘Sorted - Your guide to getting there’.

The seminar is available from www.sorted.org.nz/seminars and designed for any facilitator to pick up and use – there’s a presentation, a comprehensive facilitators guide and participants worksheet.

It’s one of a number of Sorted resources including the website www.sorted.org.nz and a range of booklets on different topics from budgeting to retirement planning and KiwiSaver.
