- Eligible to apply for annual $500 subsidy plus conference accommodation and conference fees to attend the Australian Learning Association (ALA) conference in Australia (one Maori and one Tauiwi member are selected each year)
- Opportunities to influence the direction of adult and community education via ACE annual conference caucus (Maori, Tauiwi and Pasifika) ACE Aotearoa AGM and selection of ACE representatives to the ACE Aotearoa national executive; ACE Aotearoa consultations and submissions via feedback to ACE Aotearoa's office via local branch meetings and direct communication to and from the national office.

This will be a place where learners' can easily locate courses in their local area, including any courses/training-related activities that are provided by voluntary and community organisations who do not have extensive means of advertising their training opportunities.
- Special membership room hire rate for use of ACE Aotearoa conference meeting room at 192 Tinakori Road Wellington, if you need a base for a meeting in the capital. (ACE Aotearoa operates a booking system. Room capacity: seated without tables approx 30 people; with tables approx 16 people).
- Free ACE media kit for speaking and making presentations on the value of Adult and Community education and its wider benefits to society (in development).
- Entry into an annual draw for one ACE Aotearoa member to receive free conference registration to the annual ACE Aotearoa conference (conference registration fees for 2007 are $250).
