Issues in Educating and Training Mature Adults (50+)

This one term online course is for everyone interested in the older generation as a new educational sector. The ten week course is an opportunity to investigate and reflect on how to offer support in the wide range of contexts in which mature people continue to pursue education and training for career or leisure and self-fulfilment. This sector of the population is growing in numbers and tertiary teachers today may well find that they tend to have more students in this older age bracket.
